How we handle the information you give us.

When you call us, email us or submit a form, we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the address or town where the work is needed, and a description of the problem. If you become a customer we also keep records of the work performed, the equipment installed and the amounts invoiced.
We use it to respond to your request, schedule and perform the work, invoice you, keep warranty records, and contact you about your service. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
By giving us your phone number and ticking the consent box on our forms, you agree that EZ HPS may call or text you about your request and about the work: appointment reminders, arrival updates, follow-ups, and billing or account notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of purchase — you can still get an estimate without it.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at office@ezhps.com or (845) 853-6012. You can unsubscribe from email by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting the office. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send messages needed to deliver a service you requested.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
We keep a record of your number, your consent or opt-out status, and the messages we send, so we can show we contacted you lawfully and so we stop when you ask us to.
This website records anonymous usage statistics — pages viewed and actions taken such as tapping a phone number or submitting a form — so we can understand how people find us. It is not used to identify you personally.
We keep service and billing records for as long as required for tax and warranty purposes. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep, by emailing Office@EZHPS.com.
